The 2025 vintage is regarded as exceptional, producing grapes with outstanding balance between fruit and acidity. Cool temperatures and extended hang time resulted in vibrant aromatics and remarkable structure.
On the nose, aromas of elderflower, orange blossom and fresh citrus unfold alongside subtle hints of coconut biscuit and delicate spice.
On the palate, the Chardonnay is vibrant, precise and mineral-driven, with lively acidity, zesty citrus and fine creaminess from extended lees ageing. Maturation in French oak barrels and clay amphorae adds further depth and structure.
A distinctive high-altitude Chardonnay with remarkable freshness, elegance and excellent ageing potential.
