- Aged 16 months in French oak 🪵
In the glass, it displays a deep red colour with aromas of violets, cinnamon, chocolate and ripe cherries. The palate is smooth, silky and layered, offering abundant berry fruit and subtle spice nuances.
Following a cold soak, fermentation was temperature-controlled before malolactic conversion and 16 months of maturation in French oak.
A powerful yet refined Shiraz with great depth and finesse – perfect with game or spiced meat dishes.
