Mostly vintners from Spain and France like to cultivate Grenache Noir. In Spain the variety covers about 68000 hectares and in France even 97000 hectares of wine area. The Grenache Noir is also common in Australia, Argentina, Israel, the USA, South Africa and many other wine growing countries.
