Product information "Ernie Els Proprietor's Grenache Noir 2025"
The nose is radiant, offering aromas of plum, mulberry and bramble, lifted by notes of violet and white pepper. The profile is expressive and exotic, giving the wine perfumed spice with floral nuance.
On the palate, the Grenache is succulent and precise. Strawberry and blueberry fruit are supported by vibrant acidity and lustrous, finely textured tannins, creating a balanced mouthfeel with a dry, pinpoint finish.
Fermentation in open-top tanks and ten months of ageing in French oak – including a specially stone-toasted 500-litre barrel – add subtle structure and depth. The result is a fruit-forward yet finely sculpted wine with distinctive character.
