Cape Floral Kingdom
Cape Floral Kingdom (CFK) is the smallest but richest flora on earth and is home to about 7000 different species. It is one of South Africa's youngest cultural heritages. CFK is located at the southern tip of South Africa and surrounds numerous wine estates. The Biodiversity & Wine Initiative tries to preserve the Cape Floral Kingdom through conservation measures and guidelines. This is because this region is constantly exposed to threats such as urban development, poaching and agriculture.
