On the palate, the blend of Shiraz (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (19%), Mourvèdre (6%), Viognier (6%), Grenache Noir (5%) and Cinsault (4%) impresses with notes of fresh herbs and wild berries as well as its good structure and accessible character.
The Ernie Els Big Easy Red Blend is therefore a pleasure on its own. The red wine, which matures for twelve to fourteen months in oak, is also a great accompaniment to dishes with dark meat, savoury dishes or game.
