The bouquet reveals rich notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and citrus. On the palate, it is creamy, vibrant, and refined, with fine bubbles and a perfect balance of freshness and complexity. Extended lees ageing of six years adds depth and a long, lingering finish.
Half of the Chardonnay component was fermented in used oak barrels for extra dimension before traditional bottle fermentation. The wine then spent 6 years on the lees before disgorgement.
A powerful, elegant Cap Classique – ideal for special occasions or pairing with refined dishes.
