Product information "Spier Creative Block 2 2024"
On the nose, it reveals a fresh profile of gooseberry, lime and white peach, complemented by subtle fynbos notes that add a distinctly South African accent.
On the palate, the blend is structured, mineral and vibrant, with blackcurrant leaf, elderflower and passion fruit leading to a long, clear finish.
The wine matured for three months on the lees, adding further structure. It pairs especially well with seared salmon, trout or mussels with a creamy herb sauce.
