The Leopard's Leap Pardus is an elegant red wine blend of Merlot (39%), Cinsault (31%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) that delights with its great balance of fruit and oak notes. Aromas of red and dark fruits are surrounded by spicy undertones. The red wine matured for twelve to eighteen months in French oak and has a long-lasting taste. Fine tannins caress the palate and give the Leopard's Leap Pardus its good structure. Enjoy this well-balanced red wine on its own, but it also goes wonderfully with dark meat or spicy dishes. Well-aged hard cheese is also highly recommended with Leopard's Leap Pardus.
