In the glass, it appears clear and pale straw yellow. On the nose, you’ll find intense aromas of peach and melon, with hints of honey and toasted almonds.
On the palate, it is fruity, with bright acidity and a touch of spice - elegant, balanced and with a pleasant length.
The grapes come from selected old vines on the cooler south-western slopes of the L’Avenir Estate, influenced by fresh Atlantic breezes. Part of the wine was matured in French oak barrels, adding depth without overpowering its freshness.
With its crisp acidity, concentrated fruit and subtle spice, the L’Avenir Provenance Chenin Blanc 2024 is a versatile food wine - perfect with grilled fish, spicy prawns or mild curries.
