Made exclusively from the finest Chardonnay grapes grown on Stellenbosch’s best soils, this Blanc de Blancs offers exceptional purity and refinement.
The bouquet reveals fresh lemon blossom, apple, and stone fruit, beautifully complemented by the inviting aroma of freshly baked bread.
On the palate, it displays exquisite finesse and delicate mousse, with vibrant acidity and subtle mineral undertones leading to a long, lingering finish.
Produced in the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle and three years of maturation on the lees, this complex and expressive Cap Classique transforms any occasion into a celebration.
Enjoy it on its own or paired with seafood and light fish dishes.
