- Linear, fresh and mineral with excellent ageing potential ✨
On the nose, it presents aromas of lime, green apple, white peach and pineapple, enriched by ginger, angelica and white pepper. Floral hints of peach blossom and honeysuckle add elegance and aromatic lift.
On the palate, the Chenin Blanc is linear, fresh and finely textured. Flavours of quince, kumquat, mandarin orange and pear meet a backbone of steely minerality. Toasted hazelnut and almond deepen the palate, while fennel and ginger spice mark the long finish.
