This cuvée consists of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (15%), Malbec (10%), and Petit Verdot (5%). It is a masterful blend that reaches its full expression through 23 months of aging in French oak barrels, followed by an additional five months in the bottle.
The Babylonstoren Nebukadnesar is a red wine made for pure enjoyment, offering a remarkable experience even on its own. However, it pairs exceptionally well with dishes such as roast beef, lamb with rosemary, or game meats.
