Grape

The grape is called the whole bunch of berries. It provides the raw material from which the wine is made. Most of the important ingredients such as vitamins and minerals are found in the grapes. A berry consists of a seed, the pulp and the skin. In the skin there are high quality polyphenols, which have a positive influence on the wine. In addition, most of the aromas are located in the skin. Grapes can be distinguished by their color, size and texture. 80 percent of the world's grape production is used for wine production.
