- Named after the owners’ daughter – a wine with a story 💛
- Notes of peach blossom, melon & citrus 🍑
- Aged 10 months in French oak 🪵
Hand-harvested grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the free-run juice was fermented in 500-litre French oak barrels, partly through wild and partly inoculated fermentation. The wine then matured for ten months in oak, developing texture and depth.
The bouquet reveals aromas of peach blossom, melon, and citrus, delicately accented by hints of hazelnut and vanilla cream. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and finely balanced, with a lingering mineral finish.
A charming and refined Chardonnay – perfect with grilled fish, poultry, or creamy pasta dishes.
