On the nose, it reveals a rich profile of yellow fruit, white peach and honeyed pineapple, complemented by creamy nuances and subtle leesy notes.
On the palate, the Chenin Blanc is deep, focused and textured, with clear fruit weight, creamy fullness and complex structure while retaining balance.
Aged for ten months in 500-litre barrels, the wine gains additional depth and expression. The result is a characterful old-vine Chenin with origin, substance and elegant complexity.
