In the glass, it displays a deep cherry red colour. The bouquet reveals notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and fine oak, accompanied by hints of cigar box and a touch of mint.
On the palate, the wine delights with dark fruit, elegant tannins and a long-lasting finish. Eighteen months of ageing in French oak add depth and balance.
The Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with dark meats such as beef or lamb, and is also a fine choice for game dishes.
