- Expressive fruit character with layered freshness 🍐
- Elegant minerality with a smooth texture ✨
- Aged in oak & concrete for complexity and balance 🪵🧱
These flavours continue on the palate, balanced beautifully by a crisp minerality reminiscent of river stones.
The grapes were grown on the slopes of Table Mountain, where a Mediterranean climate and cool sea breezes from False Bay shape their flavour.
Fermentation took place in French oak (6% new) and concrete tanks to preserve freshness and structure, followed by nine months of maturation before blending.
A distinctive Semillon - perfect with seafood, light meats or simply enjoyed on its own.
