White wine

White wine is made from mostly greenish grapes and stands for fresh and sparkling wines. After the grapes are harvested, they are separated from the stems and leaves. In the mash, the grapes are pressed and pressed before the juice is clarified and the alcoholic fermentation is started. The most famous white wine grape varieties include Chardonnay, Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Chenin Blanc is the most commonly planted grape variety in South Africa.
