In the glass, this red wine reveals a deep and vibrant ruby hue. The nose is expressive and elegant with ripe red fruit, violet and a touch of mint chocolate. On the palate, it unfolds beautifully with layers of dark berries, floral notes and fine spice, supported by silky, well-integrated tannins and a confident structure.
Produced with great attention to detail, the grapes were hand-harvested and sorted twice, followed by a gentle fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine was then matured in French oak barrels for 18 months, developing impressive depth, freshness and ageing potential.
