- Aged 12 months in French oak 🪵
In the glass, it shows an intense purple colour. The bouquet reveals rosemary, thyme, and lavender, followed by subtle hints of leather and dark fruit. On the palate, it is full and juicy with black plum, blueberry, and ripe, chewy tannins that linger on the finish.
Aged for 12 months in French oak (35% new, 25% second-fill, 25% third-fill, 15% older barrels), the wine was racked twice and bottled unfiltered for maximum expression. A bold yet elegant Syrah that can be enjoyed now or aged gracefully for up to 8 years.
