Each variety was processed separately and aged for up to ten months in French oak. After blind tasting, only the best lots were selected and blended to create the final wine.
The bouquet reveals aromas of citrus, apricot and orange, while the palate is fresh and well-structured with a refined texture and a long, clean finish.
Recommended with fish, seafood, mild cheeses or lightly spiced dishes - versatile and elegant on every occasion.
