- A characteristic Sauvignon Blanc
- Mineral and elegant on the palate
- Ideal with dishes from Asian cuisine
On the palate, the La Motte Pierneef Sauvignon Blanc is both mineral and elegant, with a well-balanced structure. This white wine is already a delight on its own, but it also excels as a versatile food companion. It pairs particularly well with seafood, Asian cuisine, or a fresh and aromatic salad.
This complex cuvée, composed of Sauvignon Blanc (85%) with a small proportion of Sémillon (15%), gains depth and finesse from this refined blend. Its name pays tribute to the South African landscape painter Jacob Hendrik Pierneef, whose artwork is also featured on the label of this exceptional wine.
This distinctive Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its mineral character and vibrant aromas, making it a perfect match for Asian cuisine and fine dining.
