Hand-harvested grapes were processed separately, and the wine was then aged for 10 to 14 months in French oak. The result is a harmonious red wine with elegance and depth.
The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry, accompanied by subtle earthy notes and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate, it shows fine tannins, juicy red fruit and a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and well balanced.
A great match for grilled meats, lamb or mature cheeses - expressive yet smooth in style.
