The Fairview Winemaker’s Selection Homtini is a perfect match for Italian cuisine. It pairs exceptionally well with pasta in a rich tomato sauce, highlighting the wine’s fruitiness and subtle spice.
The name Homtini carries a personal story from winemaker Anthony de Jager: his Italian ancestors once journeyed across the Homtini Pass in search of a new life in South Africa. This wine is a tribute to their journey and heritage.
