The wine's elegant structure and texture promise excellent ageing potential and contribute to its balanced length and pleasant mouthfeel.
The Fairview Beryl Back pairs perfectly with Asian-inspired dishes, creamy pasta dishes with seafood and capers, or can simply be enjoyed on its own in good company.
