Full-bodied and refined - this is Rickety Bridge The Bridge, which presents itself in an intense red colour in the glass. The wonderful aroma of black cherries, aromatic tobacco and dark chocolate is just as impressive as the velvety tannins and the long-lasting finish on the palate. The red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes matured for 24 months in French oak and is an excellent accompaniment to a tasty steak or savoury dishes. Like all wines in the Icon Range, Rickety Bridge The Bridge also has a connection to the name of the winery, as it is reminiscent of the bridge that leads to the winery.

Tradition Meets Modernity at Rickety Bridge
The Rickety Bridge winery is located in the immediate vicinity of Franschhoek, a place known for its excellent South African wines and tasty delicacies. Located between the Dassenberg Mountain and the Franschhoek River, the vineyard blends perfectly into an almost picturesque panorama. Rickety Bridge is a winery with a long tradition. The history goes back to the 17th century, when the manor was part of the La Provence farm. The farm was originally managed by Huguenot farmers and it was not until 1990 that the current Rickety Bridge winery was founded.
