With its aroma of citrus fruits, nutty notes, a hint of orange blossom and a light oak note, Rickety Bridge Chardonnay makes the hearts of white wine fans beat faster from the very first moment. The white wine, which has matured in oak for ten to eleven months, is rich and well-structured on the palate. The nuances of tropical fruit and honey are surrounded by caramel and mineral undertones before the Rickety Bridge Chardonnay finishes with a long-lasting and creamy finish. The white wine is a treat for the palate on its own, but it also goes perfectly with chicken or salmon dishes. Pasta with seafood is also an excellent choice with Rickety Bridge Chardonnay.

The Rickety Bridge winery is located in the immediate vicinity of Franschhoek, a place known for its excellent South African wines and tasty delicacies. Located between the Dassenberg Mountain and the Franschhoek River, the vineyard blends perfectly into an almost picturesque panorama. Rickety Bridge is a winery with a long tradition. The history goes back to the 17th century, when the manor was part of the La Provence farm. The farm was originally managed by Huguenot farmers and it was not until 1990 that the current Rickety Bridge winery was founded.
