The Muratie Johanna Dry Rosé shimmers in a delicate pink in the glass and exudes a fresh and fruity fragrance from the first moment. On the palate, a beautiful interplay of aromas unfolds from wonderful fruity notes ranging from pomegranate to raspberries and strawberry sorbet. The rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes is elegant and inspires with a crisp mouthfeel, so it is ideal for carefree moments of enjoyment. But also light dishes with seafood or fish in combination with a delicious salad are a good choice for the Muratie Johanna Dry Rosé. The wine is reminiscent of an employee of the winery who, as a young woman, always worked in Muratie's vineyards with a song on her lips. Now retired, Johanna arranges the flowers at the Manor House.

Muratie in South Africa produces premium wine for gourmets. Wine novices as well as connoisseurs find the right red or white wine in a variety of ranges. All Muratie wines have in common a particular, individual character and offer an excellent price-quality ratio.
The Muratie Vineyard
The vineyard Muratie attaches great importance to careful handling of the vines at the wine slope. The yard is a member of the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative and does not use herbicides. Only geese, ducks and turkeys are used for pest control. This natural approach shows in the Muratie wine, especially as the wine growers still hand-pick the grapes to avoid peel damage. The Muratie winery owns 45 hectares of cultivation area on which red as well as white grape varieties are planted. The soil is relatively dry which is why the land is watered after the harvest. Only by doing this, the winemakers can supply the next vintage with sufficient nutrients. The 300-year-old yard offers great products in all types of wine, but especially the Shiraz caused a stir internationally.
