In the glass, this sparkling wine impresses with a fine, persistent mousse and aromas of green apple, lime and honey. Subtle notes of tarte tatin, sea spray and chalky minerality add further complexity.
On the palate, the Blanc de Blancs is fresh, precise and energetic, with crisp Granny Smith apple, lime and grapefruit zest. Its lively acidity brings tension, elegance and a clear drinking flow.
The four years of lees ageing in the bottle give this Cap Classique depth, creaminess and delicate brioche and pastry notes. An expressive sparkling wine with a long finish – ideal with seafood, fine fish or as an elegant aperitif.
