- Noble sweet Chenin Blanc from Paarl 🍯
- Notes of apricot, yellow fruit & honey 🍑
- 12 months bottle ageing for depth & harmony ✨
Golden in colour, it reveals fragrant aromas of dried apricot, yellow fruit, and honey. On the palate, it is rich, luscious, and beautifully balanced, with layers of sweetness and vibrant acidity creating perfect harmony.
The grapes were harvested late and partially raisined to enhance flavour intensity. After skin contact and fermentation, the wine was matured for 10–12 months in second-fill 500L French oak barrels and then bottle-aged for a further 12 months.
A refined and luxurious Chenin Blanc – the ideal companion to blue cheese, preserved figs, or as an indulgent after-dinner wine.
