Before harvest, the bunches are carefully desiccated on the vine, turning into raisins and concentrating the juice into a rich, aromatic syrup. After gentle pressing and a slow three-month fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine reveals its unique character in the glass.
On the nose, it offers lychee, dried fruit, apricot pips, and honey. The palate strikes a perfect balance between luscious sweetness and vibrant acidity, finishing with refreshing citrus and lime notes. A fine sweet wine that shines as an aperitif, with foie gras, fruit-based desserts, cheeses, or even as a topping for ice cream.
