In the glass, the Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and expressive. The nose reveals red cherry, blackcurrant and subtle chocolate notes, complemented by elegant spice.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, harmonious and structured, with dense fruit and refined tannins. Eighteen months ageing in oak barrels adds depth and a long, polished finish.
The “Élevage” symbol on the label – the winged figure – represents the art of maturation and the ascension of wine to its highest expression.
An elegant Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon with power, finesse and a true sense of origin.
