On the nose, the wine reveals expressive aromas of green fig, green pepper and fresh ginger, complemented by delicate floral notes.
The palate unfolds with a silky texture, opening into layers of passionfruit and citrus, supported by a distinct minerality.
Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel preserves its freshness. The wine shows vibrancy and length and pairs well with seafood, fish and aromatic dishes.
