Product information "Graham Beck Cap Classique Blanc de Blancs 2020"
The nose reveals fresh lemon, grapefruit and white peach, complemented by pear. With aeration, notes of brioche, spice and roasted almonds emerge, adding layered complexity.
On the palate, the wine opens elegantly with citrus and apricot notes. The mid-palate unfolds with Granny Smith apple and ripe peach, supported by a creamy texture and vibrant acidity, creating a precisely balanced mouthfeel with impressive length.
After five months in neutral oak, the wine matured for 60 months on the lees in bottle. The result is a structured premium MCC with depth, finesse and remarkable persistence.
