Product information "Tokara Simonsberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2022"
The nose reveals hallmark aromas of cassis, dark cherry and dried cranberry, layered with graphite, cigar box and subtle five spice. The bouquet shows deep complexity and structure.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and multi-layered. Ripe dark fruit integrates with judicious oak and fine-grained tannins, creating a dense, structured mouthfeel with impressive persistence.
Twenty-two months in new French barriques add depth and ageing capacity. Bottled without fining and with light filtration, this Cabernet offers excellent cellaring potential.
