In der Nase entfalten sich Zitrusblüten, reife Birne und weißer Pfirsich, begleitet von feinen Noten von Vanille, gerösteten Mandeln und dezenter Mineralität aus dem Barriqueausbau.
Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein cremig und zugleich lebendig mit vibrierender Säure, eleganter Frucht und feiner Holzwürze. Die lange Hefelagerung sorgt für Tiefe, Textur und ein langes, raffiniertes Finale.
Ein strukturierter, eleganter Chardonnay, der hervorragend zu Fisch, Meeresfrüchten, cremiger Pasta oder knusprigem Schweinebauch passt.
