The bouquet opens with black plum, mulberry, violets, and dark chocolate, wrapped in subtle oak spice and savoury tones.
On the palate, the wine is polished and expressive with succulent dark fruit, black pepper, and smoky meat notes. Silky tannins and balanced structure offer immediate pleasure with the ability to mature gracefully over time.
Aged for 16 months in French oak (20 % new), this Shiraz delivers richness, elegance, and depth – ideal with grilled or roasted meats.
