On the nose, it reveals bold aromas of ripe peach, apricot and honeysuckle, complemented by sweet white grapes and floral notes.
The palate is rich, full-bodied and beautifully balanced, offering citrus and stone fruit flavours, natural sweetness, an unctuous texture and a long, fresh acidity.
The traditional straw-drying process gives La Beryl Blanc its remarkable concentration and finesse, making it an ideal match for desserts or ripe Camembert.
