Product information "Chamonix Pinot Noir Rosé 2024"
On the nose, it reveals rose petals, violets and red berry fruit, paired with a subtle citrus twist. Its pale salmon hue reflects the style perfectly.
On the palate, the wine presents velvety texture, crisp acidity and pure fruit. Despite its delicacy, it delivers structure and depth – perfect as an aperitif or with sushi and seafood.
The rosé was vinified in stainless steel with gentle skin contact, then matured briefly on fine lees for enhanced texture.
