The bouquet reveals wild berry, cinnamon and cedar, complemented by black cherry, plum and subtle liquorice notes.
On the palate, the wine is vibrant and silky, showing ripe berry fruit, hints of bramble, red cherry brightness and velvety tannins that create an elegant texture and long finish.
Aged for 19 months in French oak, this Pinotage offers depth, refinement and excellent ageing potential – superb with grilled lamb chops or slow-cooked duck.
