Earthy tones, cedar, oregano and thyme provide spicy flavours, while notes of blackberries, plums and dark cherries lend the red wine a fruity character.
With its great texture and velvety soft tannins, the opulent Nebukadnesar Magnum is a real treat for the palate. Especially in the large-format bottle, it is a pleasure enjoyed on its own.
Dishes like dark meat also pair beautifully with this red wine, which matured for 23 months in French oak and five months in the bottle - rosemary lamb is particularly recommended.
