Its luxurious presentation reflects the wine’s prestige: the Acheulean Red is delivered in an elegant Stellenzicht wooden gift box, making it an outstanding collector’s item and a sophisticated gift for special occasions.
The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cinsault reveals expressive aromas of dark and red fruits, layered with savoury spice and beautifully integrated oak. On the palate, the wine is powerful and multi-layered with fine-grained tannins, dense structure and remarkable balance.
The hand-harvested grapes were vinified separately. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault underwent whole-berry fermentation, while the Syrah was fermented using whole bunches. After extended skin contact, the wine matured for up to 18 months in French oak barrels of varying sizes.
Acheulean Red offers exceptional ageing potential of ten years and beyond, delivering depth, structure and luxurious elegance.
