Product information "Babylonstoren Viognier 2025"
On the nose, it reveals floral and fruity aromas of apricot, peach, jasmine and honeysuckle, complemented by subtle spice notes.
The palate is creamy and structured, with ripe fruit, fine texture and a harmonious, lingering impression.
Ageing on the lees and in French oak adds depth. The wine shows balance and finesse and pairs well with aromatic and mildly spiced dishes.
