On the palate, the Cap Classique is precise and balanced with a fine, creamy mousse, fresh acidity and elegant structure. Extended lees ageing adds depth and a seamless, long finish.
A refined sparkling wine with excellent ageing potential, evolving beautifully over 8–10 years – perfect with seafood or as a sophisticated aperitif.
