Product information "Anthonij Rupert Cabernet Sauvignon 2021"
The nose is complex and layered, showing cassis, black cherry and dark berry fruit, supported by earthy notes, herbs and subtle spice that add complexity and refinement.
On the palate, the Cabernet is sleek and focused. Ripe dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity, while notes of tobacco leaf, cedar and nutty nuances frame the wine and create a poised, harmonious structure.
Extended maturation in new and seasoned French barriques, followed by bottle ageing, enhances structure and longevity. The wine offers a long-term cellaring potential of a decade or more.
