Product information "Ernie Els Sweet Spot"
The nose reveals intense aromas of raisins and dark dried fruit, complemented by notes of Christmas cake and subtle fynbos, adding spiced complexity to the bouquet.
On the palate, Sweet Spot is medium-bodied and remarkably refined. Soft tannins, concentrated fruit and a long, persistent finish create a balanced, velvety mouthfeel despite its sweetness.
Following fortification, the wine matured for twelve months in French oak before being integrated into a solera system for an additional year of ageing. The result is a long, smooth finish, ideal as a digestif or paired with chocolate desserts and cheese.
