The nose reveals delicate, layered aromatics of red berries and cherries, complemented by savoury spice notes that give the wine fragrant elegance.
On the palate, Thunderstone Red is medium-bodied and juicy. Fresh red fruit, a touch of sweet spice and fine, lacy tannins create a soft, supple mouthfeel with vibrant energy.
Partial whole-bunch and whole-berry fermentation followed by oak maturation add complexity without masking freshness. The wine finishes with a gentle, fruit-led finish and excellent drinkability.
