On the nose, GlenRosé reveals refined aromas of pomegranate, ruby grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries. The bouquet is delicately fruity, with a subtle citrus lift that enhances its sense of freshness and finesse.
On the palate, the wine is crisp, fruit-driven and smoothly textured. A lively, natural acidity frames pure red fruit, while the mid-palate feels silky and elegant. The finish is long and seductive, marked by lingering notes of bright berries and grapefruit zest, making it a sophisticated, dry rosé.
In the cellar: Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and only free-run juice was used. Around 20% of the wine was fermented and matured in large French oak barrels for six to nine months, with the remainder in stainless steel tanks.
