The nose reveals nectarine, white peach and citrus blossom, complemented by honeydew melon and delicate floral nuances.
On the palate, the wine is complex and vibrant, offering ripe fruit, a defined structure and a lingering, lime-fresh finish.
A partial maturation in French oak combined with five months on the lees adds depth while preserving freshness, resulting in a refined Chenin Blanc with clear maritime influence.
